Topojani 2 HEC ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb prodhim q\u00eb nga gushti i vitit 2013.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n\u2022\tVlera e Investimit  eshte  6,300,000 \u20ac.<br \/>\n\u2022\tTopojani 2 SHPP ka nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim total vjetor t\u00eb gjenerimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb prej 24,700,000 kwh.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nHidrocentrali \u201cTOPOJANI 2\u201d shfrytezon ujrat e perroit te TOPOJANIT menjehere pas shkarkimit  nga Godina e HEC TOPOJAN 1. Kuota e nivelit normal te ujit ne vepren e marrjes eshte 750 m dhe niveli per shkarkimin e prurjes se plotes me 1% siguri eshte rreth 752.5 m.Per marrjen e ujit dhe futjen ne tubacionin e turbinave (tubacionin e derivacionit) eshte ndertuar Diga me Marrje Anesore dhe Dekantuesi me nje dhome  te  cilet jane te  lidhur direkt me tubacionin e turbinave. Niveli normal i ujit ne ne Dige Dekantues eshte 748.35  m dhe perben edhe nivelin e bjefit te siperm per llogaritje e renies statike.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Niveli i ujit ne bjefin e poshtem eshte llogaritur nga niveli i shkarkimit te ujit nga ndertesa e centralit qe eshte 514 m, qe per tipin e turbinave Francis merret si nivel i bjefit te poshtem per percaktimin e Renies statike. Renia neto e HEC TOPOJAN 2 do te jete:  Hneto = 227.81 m.
