Faza e nd\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr HC Bele 1 zgjati 24 muaj, duke filluar nga marsi 2011 deri n\u00eb mars 2013. Bele 1 SHPP ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb prodhim q\u00eb nga qershori 2013.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n\u2022 Vlera e Investimit eshte 5,400,000 \u20ac.<br \/>\n\u2022 Bele 1 SHPP ka nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim total vjetor t\u00eb gjenerimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb prej 20,000,000 kwh.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hidrocentrali \u201cBELE 1\u201d shfrytezon ujrat e perroit te Orgjostit pas bashkimit te tij me perroin e Borjes. Ujrat e mblidhen nepermjet Diges se Tipit me Marrje Anesore dekantojne ne Dekantuesin me nje dhome me permasa 45 x 4.5 ml. Sistemi i Derivimit perbehet nga nje tubacion GRP me diameter 1.8-2.0 m dhe gjatesi 1877 m. Renia neto e HEC BELE 1 do te jete Hneto = 64.68 m.
